John Goddard BSc, FRICS, FBEng, MFPWS
 

John is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, a Fellow of the Association of Building Engineers and a Member of the Faculty of Party Wall Surveyors.

John also successfully completed and obtained the Cardiff University Bond Solon Expert Witness Certificate in 2004. This has assisted with John’s appointments as an expert witness on building dispute and professional negligence cases. Joint appointed expert instructions are increasingly the most frequent type of expert appointment he receives.

Alas still not content, his attention has now been turned to the obtaining of an LLM, in Advanced Commercial Property Law.

John is an active member of the Party Walls discussion forum administered by the University of Salford.
