There exists a complex area of law under the umbrella of Landlord and Tenant matters, which deals with the issue of ongoing repair and disrepair to property, the various parties liabilities, obligations and rights. This area of law is known as the law of dilapidations.

Regular support to the legal profession is undertaken to assist the resolution of claims. We act for both Landlord or Tenant and can offer appropriate advice dependant upon our instructed role.
