Technical equipment exists in abundance in order to undertake all necessary testing, measurement, analysis and quantification when required.

John Goddard Associates are proud to pay attention to the small but critical things often overlooked in professional practice. We have daily automated back up of our computer system, allowing offsite storage of a mirror image of our complete system. In the event of system failure, all records, project files and reports remain safe and accessible to us.

Reassuringly, all instructions are undertaken by Chartered Building Surveyors, who are also Corporate Building Engineers. Our Surveyors also hold professional accreditation in the areas of Party Wall Surveying, Access Consultancy and Expert Witness. Many of whom are also professional examiners in these fields.
