Overview

The practice of John Goddard Associates was founded by John Goddard in August 1998.

Ross Jones was promoted to Associate in June 2005.

The aim of the practice has been to consciously maintain a single disciplinary specialist practice, to ensure that the standard and professionalism of the Chartered Building Surveyor is not diminished within a mutli-disciplinary environment. This has allowed us to develop specialist property law consultancy services which are sought after by fellow Surveyors, Solicitors and a myriad of both private and commercial Clients.

 As a result we provide to Clients, a competent and professional service in the field of Building Surveying, encompassing all areas of practice now expected from contemporary Building Surveyors, including lateral thinking and challenging the perceptions of the needs of our Clients.

The Practice is fully equipped with all modern technologies, including digital imaging, wireless broadband connections to all PC’s and a fully integrated Windows based server, together with all necessary software to provide you with the very best in professional documentation presentation. Content is of course of paramount importance also.
